Product support features included in our add-in products include:
- HTML Help system (click on the "J" in the right corner of any component dialog box);
- "What's This" feature that explains each text field on a component dialog box when the "?" icon is dragged over a field;
- Component "How to Use" pages, with examples, on our web site;
- Product FAQ pages;
- Email technical support.

If you need technical support for one of our products, please check the FAQ page for that product first. If your problem isn't addressed there, please fill out a Technical Support Request Form. In most cases, support questions will be addressed within 24 hours of receipt.
